MINCED BEEF WITH SPAGHETTI

An easy meat sauce recipe for spaghetti made quickly with ground beef and pasta sauce, flavored with onion and garlic.

MINCED BEEF WITH SPAGHETTI RECIPE


INGREDIENTS

➛125 grams minced beef
➛1 large onion
➛1 small onion to cook the spaghetti
➛3 ¹/₃ tablespoons olive oil
➛4 cloves of garlic
➛250 grams spaghetti
➛Pepper (to taste)
➛Nutmeg (to taste)
➛Juice of half lemon
➛1 egg yolk
➛Salt (to taste)

DIRECTIONS


Season the beef with salt, pepper, chopped garlic, nutmeg and egg yolk. Mix with your hands the spices in the meat and let marinate for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, bring to a boil on high heat a saucepan with water seasoned with salt and a small onion. When starts boiling, add the spaghetti and cook over medium-low heat about 10 minutes. Turn off the heat, drain the spaghetti and set aside.

Place the olive oil and the chopped onion in a large skillet and saute over low heat until the onion starts to turn golden brown. Add the minced meat, stir with a wooden spoon and cook over low heat about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to mix well. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes over low heat and turn off the heat. Season with lemon juice and a little more pepper and serve.
