Today we decided let's make something that's good for you and also awesome for the young ones. Incredibly easy and very tasty. My guests and I loved this soup. Ives made it many times.

BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

➻1 butternut squash
➻1 Big Onion
➻2 Cloves Garlic
➻2 Royco Cube
➻Olive Oil (to fry)

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Peel and chop the Butternut Squash into chunks (removing the seeds). Then chop the Onions and Garlic, frying for 5 minutes with a little oil. Now prepare the Cubes by crumbling and adding 400 ml of boiling water.
  2. Add the Butternut Squash and cubes mixture to the pan. Top up with boiling water, ensuring the Butternut Squash is just covered. Bring to the boil and leave to simmer for 15 minutes. Now stir the mixture and remove from the heat.
  3. Spoon out the Butternut Squash into a blender, retaining as many cubes mixture as possible in the saucepan. Blend the mixture into a puree.
  4. So you can make the soup as thick as you want, gradually add the Stock to the Puree until it's thick enough.
  5. Serve With Bread or anything that Best Suites your tastes.
