Ingredients


1 cup whole wheat flour (chakki atta)

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, well beaten or Flax meal Egg Replacer
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup cold milk
1 apple, peeled and grated
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
honey for serving
more fruits or apples for serving

Directions:

To begin making the Apple Vanilla Whole Wheat Pancakes Recipe, stir together wheat flour, baking powder and salt.

Add eggs (or the flax eggs), milk, vanilla extract, grated apple, and oil and whisk until well blended.

Heat skillet to medium heat. Pour a ladle full of the apple vanilla pancake mixture on the skillet. Do not spread the mixture on the skillet, once pour it on a hot skillet it creates on its own a boundary point .
